Giclee
is a French word pronounced (zhee-clay). It is today's celebrated breakthrough
in fine art printing. A giclee print is created by using micro detail
information taken directly from the original artwork.
Giclee
prints render deeply saturated colors, and have a beautiful painterly
quality while remaining minute detail, subtle tints, and color blends.
This highly technical process offers a degree of accuracy and richness
of color unavailable in other reproduction techniques.
The
mediums we use are of the highest archival quality available and are
specially treated for this process. Third party testing of the longevity
of the mediums and inks has been rated to last over 125 years with no
visible fading.
Giclee
prints are highly sought after by collectors of fine art because of
their superior quality, richness, and presentation ability.
